The Waste Transfer Station is designed to receive garbage from primary collection vehicles such as Tippers, Skip Loaders and Refuse Compactors etc.
The waste is discharged into a receiving hopper and is compoacted by a Stationary Compactor into a Roll-On Roll-Off Container which are picked up by the Hook Loaders and the compacted garbage is transported to the Dumping Ground/Sorting Station for further disposal / processing.
